We’re supporting a global leading training organisation in hiring a Training Bookings & Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Glasgow.

This is a newly created position, offering the chance to make an impact from day one. Working closely with training centres, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless delegate experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing inbound enquiries, calls and course bookings

  • Providing exceptional customer service to delegates and clients

  • Maintaining accurate booking records and documentation

  • Preparing course folders, certificates and training materials

  • Supporting internal teams with day-to-day administration tasks

  • Working independently while operating remotely from the wider team

About you:

  • Experience in customer service, bookings or administration

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner

  • Self-motivated, reliable and able to work autonomously

  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new systems
